What counts as a new match?
A parcel that newly qualifies — a rezoning, a change of recorded use, a demolition leaving vacant land, or a sale. Alerts fire when the underlying assessor and zoning records change, not on a listing feed.
Why alerts are opt-in
The subscription shows you every ZIP, but it does not email you about every ZIP. Connecticut has 265 of them with inventory, and mail about all of them at once is not a feature. Track the ones you actually work in and the alerts follow those.
