This policy describes how PKMG Holdings, LLC ("we", "us") handles personal information for the service at realtortrends.com. The service is offered to users in the United States only.

1. What we collect

• Account: your email address, and a display name if you provide one. There are no passwords to store — sign-in links are sent to your email.
• Security records: the IP address and browser identification of sign-in attempts and sessions, kept for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
• Usage: the searches, ZIP codes, and exports associated with your account, used to provide the service and its alerts.
• Purchases: when paid features are active, your order history. Card details go directly to our payment processor (Stripe) — we never receive or store card numbers.

2. Cookies

We set one cookie: an essential session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

3. About the property data

The service's content is compiled from public municipal assessor and parcel records. Those records describe properties and may include property owners' names as filed with the municipality. This is public-record information; we do not enrich it with private data about any person. If you believe a public record shown in the service is inaccurate, the authoritative correction path is the municipal assessor; you can also contact us and we will review how it appears in the service.

4. How we use your information

• To operate the service: sign-in, alerts you subscribe to, receipts, support.
• To secure it: rate limiting, abuse and fraud prevention.
• To tell you about our products: we may send occasional marketing email about our own services to account holders. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects sign-in or alert emails you request.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the product, bound to process it on our behalf:

• Cloudflare (hosting and networking)
• Neon (database hosting)
• Resend (transactional and account email delivery)
• Stripe (payment processing, when paid features are active)

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Security records are kept only as long as needed for rate-limiting and abuse review. Purchase records are kept as required for tax and accounting.

7. Your choices and rights

• Access or deletion: email us and we will provide or delete the personal information tied to your account, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Marketing: unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email.
• State privacy laws: where a state privacy law (such as the Connecticut Data Privacy Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act) grants you rights to access, correct, or delete your data, we honor them through the same contact below. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, so there is nothing to opt out of.

8. Children

The service is for real-estate professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Security

Sign-in links are single-use and expire in minutes; session tokens are stored only in hashed form; connections are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we design so that a leaked database record cannot be replayed into access.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on the site or by email, with the effective date above updated.
