Where these names come from

Read the Town of New Hartford Zoning Regulations PDF, 'Effective Date: March 27, 2023' (current adopted edition; districts in Art. 3 Sec. 3.1, Art. 4 Sec. 4.1, Art. 5). The town site 403s to fetchers, so I pulled the identical PDF from portal.ct.gov (CT Siting Council docket DO532 bulk filing, 'bulk-attachment---town-of-new-hartford---zoning-regulations.pdf'); cross-checked against the town's own reformatted 02-16-2018 PDF. All 7 assessor codes matched. NHCZ = NHCD (New Hartford Center District) - the ordinance itself uses the phrase 'New Hartford Center Zone' interchangeably (Sec. 4.5), so this is an evidenced match, not a guess. Overlays with no abbreviation in the text are listed under their full ordinance name as the code. Sec. 5.1 'Special Development District' is marked (RESERVED) and Sec. 5.5 'Aquifer Protection Areas' is not styled a district, so both are omitted.
