Where these names come from
Read the city PDF 'Full Zoning Regulations Updated to 7-23-25' (torringtonct.gov DocumentCenter/View/1529); cover: Revised to July 23, 2025, original effective date December 24, 1957. District list is Section 1.2 'Zoning Districts', which gives name then symbol. IH, AM and CIR are in the ordinance but absent from the assessor extract. Assessor codes LB-R, I-R and DD-R are not defined anywhere in the regulations - the only 'restricted' districts the ordinance defines are RRC and CIR - so they are returned unmatched rather than guessed (they appear to be map-level restricted-approval variants of LB, I and DD).
