Where these names come from

Read the Town of Winchester Zoning Regulations PDF (assets.website-files.com copy of the town's official file), titled 'Modified: December 9, 2019 / Effective Date: December 12, 2019'. This is the same text codified at ecode360.com/37113040, which 403s to fetchers. Section II 'Zoning Districts' is the complete roster (8 districts). Post-2019 amendments found in PZC records (parking lots as a principal use in TCR/TC/TG, effective 11/26/2024; outdoor cannabis cultivation by special permit in PI) alter permitted uses only, not the district roster; zoning maps were reissued 07/15/2025 with the same district names. All 7 assessor codes matched exactly; HLB is an 8th ordinance district not appearing in the assessor sample.
