District list taken from Sec. 4 - ZONING DISTRICTS (4.1.1 through 4.1.8). Note on codes: the ordinance assigns letter abbreviations only to R-120, R-80, I, LI and WFA; the four village/economic zones are always written out in full and are given no abbreviation anywhere in the text (Appendix 2 'Use Table', which would carry column abbreviations, is embedded as a flat image with no extractable text, and the only posted zoning map is from 11-4-2009, predating these zones). All six assessor codes do correspond to real districts: R-80 = R-80 Rural Zone, R-120 = R-120 Natural Resource Protection Zone, I = I Industrial, BV = Baltic Village Zone, HV = Hanover Village Zone, VV = Versailles Village Zone. Because the ordinance itself supplies no abbreviation, those three are returned under the ordinance's own full-name designation rather than the assessor's initialism.
