Where these names come from
ecode360.com/8844845 returns HTTP 403 to fetchers and to curl with a browser user-agent. Read instead a complete verbatim copy of Town of Orange Chapter 383 (Zoning) hosted on portal.ct.gov (CSC Docket 523 applicant submissions, '2-town-of-orange-zoning-regulations.pdf'), whose page footers read 'Downloaded from https://ecode360.com/OR1871 on 2024-06-24' — i.e. the eCode360 text as of June 24, 2024. District list is verbatim from Sec. 383-15 'Enumeration of districts' (amended 6-15-2010; 6-21-2011), which is the ordinance's own two-column District / Map Code table. Added separately: AHD, the Assisted Housing District created by Article XXV (added 9-1-2020), a floating district that post-dates the Sec. 383-15 table and is therefore not in it. Deliberately excluded: the Planned Residential Development (PRD) of Article XII, which the ordinance administers as a special use within existing districts rather than as an enumerated mapped district; also note former Article XXIV, Transit Oriented Development District, was repealed 4-20-2021 (effective 5-11-2021). All 5 assessor codes matched.
