Where these names come from
Source read: 'Zoning Regulations of the Town of Redding, Connecticut', official town PDF Redding-Zoning-Regulations-1.24.24.pdf on reddingct.gov. Title page states the completely revised regulations became effective February 1, 1986 with amendments and corrections incorporated through February 15, 2024. Districts taken from Article IV, Sec. 4.1 Districts Established. The regulations page's older link (Redding-Zoning-Regulations-8.18.20.pdf) now 404s. All six assessor codes matched; assessor 'R-1/2' is the ordinance's 'R-½' (Suburban Residential Zone), returned in the ordinance's spelling.
