Where these names come from
Read: Town of West Hartford Code Chapter 177 (Zoning), Article II § 177-3 'Types of districts; purposes' on eCode360 (https://ecode360.com/7295178). eCode360 is behind Cloudflare and 403s to fetchers, so I read the live page text through a text-extraction proxy (r.jina.ai) and cross-checked against the Wayback capture of 2017-10-12. § 177-3 is amended through 5-13-2014, with the TOD district added 6-14-2022.
